about the counseling collaborative

TAKING THE FIRST STEP TO REACH OUT FOR SUPPORT IS OFTEN ONE OF THE HARDEST

No matter who you are, where you come from, or how you’re doing in this moment, I believe every person can benefit from having a safe space where they can be unapologetically themselves and receive unconditional support. If you’re looking for someone warm, laid back, and relatable- you’re in the right place. In a world of constant pressure and comparison, everyone should have someone in their corner, and it would be a privilege to be in yours.

the best fit for you

Research has shown that the quality of the relationship with your therapist is the best indicator of growth in counseling and how much you will get out of the therapeutic experience. You know that vibe you get when you’re talking with someone and you feel comfortable, heard, respected, and safe to be yourself? That’s what I encourage you to look for. If we work together you will hear me talk about this from day one, as it is so important to me that you have a therapist you trust and feel comfortable with. If at any point my services don’t feel like the best fit- I would be more than happy to provide referrals to outside resources, as my primary goal will always be to ensure you have the support you need.
